The terms and conditions of the airline will apply to any refunds for delayed or cancelled flights.
  5. Travel Insurance: The Company highly recommends that customers purchase travel insurance to protect against the cost of cancellations and other unexpected events. The travel insurance policy will set out the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
